- Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the IT firm, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and providing financial insights to the management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data to provide insights to the
management team - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Monitor cash flow and manage bank accounts
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements - Provide financial guidance to departments and project teams
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize financial performance
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in financial management roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
