Durai will be an integral part of the executive management team and will report directly to CEO Manavalan Karunanithi.

With a distinguished career of over two decades in technology and digital transformation, Durai brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in leading innovative solutions. Durai joins LMTEQ from his previous roles where he made significant contributions to the ServiceNow ecosystem, specializing in ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, GRC, HRSD, ITAM, and custom AI solutions. His leadership in these areas has consistently driven operational efficiency and enhanced user experiences.
