Job Overview :-

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in project management within IT or technology-driven environments, with exposure to the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with stakeholders, managing risks, and maintaining adherence to best practices. The role demands strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, along with an ability to drive projects effectively within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into project requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also play a key role in mitigating risks, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities :-

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Utilize the ServiceNow platform for workflow automation, reporting, and task management.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to prevent project delays or failures.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, based on project needs.
  • Prepare and present status reports, project documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Conduct project review meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their requirements are met with tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and best practice implementations.

Required Qualifications & Skills :-

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management within an IT or technology-driven environment.
  • Hands-on exposure to the ServiceNow platform, including modules like ITSM, ITOM, or custom workflows.
  • Proven experience in managing projects within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful execution.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications :-

  • Prior experience in ServiceNow implementation or administration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Understanding of reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
