ITSM Module :

  • Development and implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes in ServiceNow.
  • Customize Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management workflows to align with organizational needs.

  • Configure CMDB structures, Service Catalog items, and SLA definitions for effective service delivery.

  • Integrate ITSM processes with monitoring tools and external systems using ServiceNow MID Server, APIs, and web services.

  • Provide ongoing support and optimization of ITIL best practices within the ServiceNow platform.

HRSD Module :

  • Develop and implement End-End HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes in ServiceNow.
  • Customize HR case management workflows, including onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR ESC portals, COE, HR taxonomy.

  • Configure HR service catalog items, HR templates, knowledge management articles, and HR case routing rules.

  • Implement and optimize HR service level agreements (SLAs) and performance analytics within ServiceNow.

  • Integrate HRSD processes with external HR systems and databases using ServiceNow APIs and integration tools.
