Overview :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM administration, development, and support. This role involves working closely with business and product teams to develop and implement ServiceNow applications that meet specific business requirements, using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Application Development and Customization:
    • Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and other modules from initiation to completion, tailored to meet customer requirements.
    • Create, implement, and modify ServiceNow components, including ITSM/CSM/HR modules.
  2. Scripting and Workflow Management:
    • Write and update scripts (JavaScript) across various modules to develop rules, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
    • Focus on high code quality and reusability, ensuring solutions are efficient and maintainable.
  3. Quality Assurance and Documentation:
    • Maintain technical documentation, and participate in QA and user training to support successful project delivery.
    • Understand the project lifecycle and implement necessary processes for optimal delivery outcomes.
  4. Problem-Solving and Agile Collaboration:
    • Resolve complex problems in a dynamic, Agile environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate effectively within a team, leveraging Agile methodologies to ensure continuous improvement and value delivery.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering, MCA, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in ServiceNow design and development, with expertise in CSM and ITSM modules.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Angular. Experience with REST API integration and ServiceNow frameworks, including UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, Reporting, and SQL.
  • Methodology: Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • ITIL Certification.
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
