Configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet the precise requirements of client (OOTB).
Cultivate strong relationships with HR stakeholders and clients, serving as a trusted advisor on HRSD solutions.
Understanding of ITIL concepts when it comes to continuous improvement and maintaining a sustainable infrastructure through change management protocols.
Understanding the client requirement and create HR services and record producers.
Should be Knowing REST/SOAP Integration and should have hands on experience for the same.
Customer service oriented, ability to meet defined SLAs, Project Management experience and familiar with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
Providing demos of the OOB HRSD modules, mapping client existing HR processes to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities to provide.
Implement the Human Resources application in order to set up HR data.
Configure applications to work with the organization’s HR processes.
Strong experience with HR Service Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, Integrations and HR Hub.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the adoption of HR best practices within client organizations.
Assist in integration testing.
Support customers during UAT.
Contribute to building and implementing technical best practices and procedures.
