Job Summary :-
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) / Account Manager with 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and Professional Services. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion within the IT services industry. The candidate should be well-versed in workforce solutions, talent management strategies, and CRM tools for efficient sales pipeline tracking.
As a key contributor to our growth, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of staffing solutions. This position requires a consultative sales approach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to align client needs with our talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities :-
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients for IT staffing, staff augmentation, and professional services through various outreach methods, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline by researching potential clients, understanding their hiring needs, and positioning our staffing solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C-level executives, hiring managers, and key decision-makers, demonstrating our expertise in IT staffing and workforce solutions.
Account Management & Client Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor for their workforce and hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure high-quality candidate delivery, meeting client expectations and business requirements.
- Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and explore opportunities for additional business.
Sales Process & Revenue Growth
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and requirement gathering to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and cross-selling/upselling of additional staffing solutions.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging workforce technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Leverage market insights and industry research to refine sales strategies and optimize go-to-market approaches.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or similar platforms to track sales activities, maintain accurate client records, and ensure seamless communication.
- Provide regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and insights to leadership teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, or Professional Services Sales.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing, permanent hiring, and workforce solutions in the IT sector.
- Experience in client acquisition and account management, with a proven ability to close deals and expand business relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) to manage sales pipelines and client interactions effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, HR, or a related field.
- Experience working with IT services, consulting firms, or recruitment agencies.
