Overview :-

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our business footprint. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, relationship management, and business expansion within high-growth industries such as IT, BFSI, Healthcare, and TMT. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and ensuring successful deal closures. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities: Actively seek new sales opportunities by researching industry trends, attending networking events, and leveraging professional connections to generate leads and prospects in the IT, BFSI, Healthcare, and TMT sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within enterprise clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals to offer customized solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and digital marketing strategies to conduct prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of potential clients. Develop a strong pipeline of high-value leads and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and value propositions to showcase the benefits of our products and services. Lead negotiations to secure favorable contract terms and close deals successfully.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless solution delivery. Provide feedback to improve offerings based on client needs and market trends.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry developments, competitor strategies, and market shifts. Leverage insights to refine sales approaches, identify gaps in the market, and position the company’s offerings effectively.
  • Sales Reporting and CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, deal progress, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system. Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to the sales leadership team.
  • Travel for Business Expansion: Be willing to travel extensively within India to meet potential clients, attend industry conferences, and close high-value deals. Build in-person rapport with clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Requirements :-

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, CRM sales, or IT sales, preferably within the IT, BFSI, Healthcare, or TMT sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise business environments, digital transformation trends, and technology adoption across key industries.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct persuasive sales presentations, engage in strategic negotiations, and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling, effective relationship management, and proactive business development strategies.
  • Self-motivated & Target-Oriented: Highly driven individual with a proactive mindset, a sense of accountability, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel frequently across India to engage with clients, attend industry events, and expand market presence.

  • Prior experience in enterprise sales, CRM solutions, or IT services.
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles, involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track sales activities and manage client relationships effectively.
