Job Summary :-
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager with 1 to 4 years of experience in ERP (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and CRM sales, particularly within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities :-
- New Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities for ERP and CRM solutions in the BFSI sector.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and IT heads, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market intelligence to identify industry trends, competition, and potential clients.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaboration: Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present the best-fit solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, maintaining an active sales pipeline in CRM tools.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements :-
- 1 to 4 years of experience in ERP/CRM sales or enterprise software sales.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM solutions.
- Experience in selling to BFSI clients is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles and consistently meet targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for sales pipeline management.
- Experience in IT services or SaaS-based solution sales.
