Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fusion applications, including Financials, Procurement, HCM, and SCM. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring that business requirements are met efficiently through customized solutions and technical configurations. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, providing techno-functional support, and driving system enhancements to optimize Oracle Fusion applications for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, Procurement, HCM, SCM) to meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing techno-functional support to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical configurations.
  • Customize Oracle Fusion workflows, reports, and interfaces using Oracle tools (OAF, ADF, BI Publisher).
  • Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting while minimizing business disruptions.
  • Ensure Oracle Fusion applications adhere to best practices in performance optimization and configuration.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • 7+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, specifically Financials, HCM, Procurement, and SCM.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Application Framework (OAF), ADF, BI Publisher, and Fusion tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion setup, configurations, and security management.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement efficient solutions.

Additional Requirements (Plus) :

  • Certification in Oracle Fusion and experience with Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion upgrades, migrations, and large-scale implementations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
