Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Project Systems module.
- Configure Project Systems module according to business requirements.
- Customize and enhance functionalities as needed.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their project management requirements.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions.
- Collaborate with other SAP modules consultants (such as FI/CO, MM, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration with Project Systems.
- Integrate Project Systems with other third-party systems if necessary.
- Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use SAP S/4HANA Project Systems.
- Create documentation including user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing any issues or queries related to Project Systems.
- Perform regular system maintenance activities such as applying patches and updates.
- Plan and execute testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure that the configured solution meets the defined requirements and is free of defects.
- Utilize Project Systems module for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking.
- Assist in project management activities as needed, leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases, features, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Project Systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.
- Provide regular progress updates and status reports.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues encountered in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems module.
- Propose and implement solutions to resolve technical or functional issues.
Preferred Candidates:
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Project Systems module.
- SAP PS certification must.
- Project management experience or certification is desirable.
- Strong understanding of SAP PS functionalities, including project planning, budgeting, costing, and reporting.
- Experience with SAP integration points with FI, CO, MM, SD, and other relevant modules.
- Proficiency in system configuration and customization within the SAP PS module.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
