Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Product Lead with a strong
    background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform
    capabilities and will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation
    of ITSM and HRSD solutions within our organization.
  • As a ServiceNow Product Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to
    gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow
    projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD products and
    related functionalities.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM and
    HRSDmodules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create
    detailed project plans.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and
    notifications to support ITSM and HRSD processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to customize ServiceNow applications using
    JavaScript, Glide APIs, and other relevant technologies.
  • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure
    high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting
    knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and
    ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and proactively identify
    opportunities to enhance existing processes and functionalities.
  • Monitor ServiceNow system performance, identify areas for optimization, and
    implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5-8 years) working as a ServiceNow Developer, Consultant, or
    Administrator with a focus on ITSM and HRSD.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including Incident
    Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, HR
    Case Management, and Employee Service Center.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL best practices and their application in the ServiceNow
    environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development, including configuring workflows, business
    rules, UI policies, and scripting using JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
    independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
    with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified
    Implementation Specialist (CIS), and HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist
    are highly desirable.
  • Experience leading ServiceNow implementation projects and managing a team of
    developers or administrators is a plus.
