Business Development Executive (CRM and ERP Services)

Location: PAN India
Experience: 3-5 years
Educational Qualification: MBA with specialization in marketing or any related course.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude required for the job:

  • Must possess hands-on experience in selling B2B IT/ERP Services/ Solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in domestic/international markets
  • Exposure to the International market, especially the US/Middle East/Europe will be an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience in RFPs and RFQs, Bidding, Vendor registration & empanelment
  • Must have exceptional networking skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the IT industry and up-to-date Recent trends
  • Must have excellent negotiation and convincing skills
  • Past records of marketing funnel achievement
  • Possess a go-getter attitude and practice perseverance
  • Must be a constant learner
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Must be inclined toward travel

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a new client base and ensure 100% customer retention
  • Plan marketing initiatives and strategize the marketing funnel activities
  • Design crystal-clear roadmap and pitch for sales
  • Explore and arrive at the right marketing channel
  • Develop competitive price quotes and proposals
  • Explore and develop new markets for the business
  • Establish rapport and client relationships.
  • Perform competitor analysis and constantly assess the company’s SWOT position and provide recommendations
  • Attend related conferences, meetings, conclaves, and industry events to gain insights
